- Mustard paste 1 t.sp

- White pepper 1/2 t.sp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 t.sp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 t.sp
- Salt 1 t.sp.
Coating:
- Flour 2 cup
- Red chilli powder 1 t.sp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 t.sp
- Garlic powder 1/2 t.sp
- Salt 1/2 t.sp
- Corn flour 3 t.sp
- Rice flour 4 t.sp
- Baking powder 1/2 t.sp.
Water Coating:
- Water
- Mustard paste
- Soya sauce
- Chilly sauce
- Black pepper
- Red chilli flakes
- Sugar powder
- Salt
- Vinegar
- White pepper
- Garlic powder
- All spices 1/4 t.sp.
Last Coating:
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Chips 1-1/2 cup
- Cornflakes 1-1/2 cup.
Mayo Sauce:
- Chilli garlic sauce 1-1/2 t.sp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 5 tbsp.
Assemble:
- Burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Cheese slice.
Method:
- First hammer the chicken then marinade with all ingredients for 3 hours..
- Then coat in dry then dip in water coating then flour then water then flour then water in the end coat in last coating n deep fry..
- Then assemble the burger.
