For Meatballs:
- 250 grams beef mince

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce dark.
For Chicken Marinade:
- 250 grams boneless chicken chunks
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 egg
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ajinomoto
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon regular oil.
For Scrambled Eggs:
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yok
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch Ajinomoto.
