Base:  Vanilla sponge.

  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 125 grams
  • Flour 124 grams
  • Strawberry essence few drops
  • Baking powder 1 pinch.

Frosting:

  • Philadelphia cream cheese 300 grams
  • Icing sugar 100 gram
  • Fresh lemon juice 3 drops
  • Whipped cream 400 grams
  • Sliced almonds for the sides blanched & cut.
