- Butter 150 gram
- Eggs 3
- Flour 5 ounce
- Caster sugar 6 ounce
- Chocolate essence 1/2 tsp
- Chocolate 50 grams
- Tetra cream 1 packet
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup.
Frosting:
- Butter 150 gram
- Chocolate essence 1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 16 tbsp
Baking time: 180© for 30 mints.
Method:
First melted butter n chocolate in double boiler.. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.. In a bowl add this melted mixture n beat with sugar then add eggs one by one with essence n beat well then add flour gradually n fold well then add walnuts n fold now pour the batter on grease 7" pan n bake.. For Frosting beat butter then add essence, Cocoa powder n beat well then add icing sugar gradually n beat.
