- Beef/chicken 1 kg
- Sarsoun Oil ½ cup (is oil mai piyaaz 3 tbsp brown ker k nikaal len)
- Adrak lehsan paste 2 tbsp
- Zafraani garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Sabit dhaniya bhoon kar pees len 1 tbsp
- Khash Khash bhoon kar pees len 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Dahi 2-3 tbsp
- Haldi powder ½ tsp
- Hari mirch ka paste ½ tsp
- Kutti lal mirch ka paste ½ tsp
- Zeera powder ½ tsp
- Lal mirch ½ tsp
- Pappita paste (for beef or mutton 2tbsp/for chicken 1tbsp)
- Kebab cheeni powder 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp heap
- Hari mirch paste ½ tsp
- Chicken tikka masala 1 tsp level.
Method:
Sub ko mila kar 4-5 hours rakhden phir BBQ karlen.
Note: Bihari kebab k liye meat ko strip ki shape mai cut krna hai AND agar chicken ki boneless boti se banaege tou thora zarda color add krlijiyega.
