- Potatoes boiled and mashed 3 small
- Rice full done boiled 1 cup
- Butter melted 3 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes 1/2 t.sp
- Salt 1-1/4 t.sp
- Black pepper 1/2 t.sp
- Cream cheese 3 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1/2 t.sp.
Filling:
- Chicken chopped minced 1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1/2 t.sp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Chicken jalfrezi masala 1-1/2 tbsp
- Yogurt 3 tbsp
- Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
- Chicken powder 1/2 t.sp
- Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp.
Coating:
- Egg 1 beaten with water 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs as required
- Oil for shallow frying.
Method:
- In a bowl add potatoes, rice, butter, salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, cream cheese, chicken powder mix well using your hands.
- Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic in it next add chicken minced n fry till color change then add all ingredients n mix well.
- To form cutlets press down potato mixture in your palm and fill in chicken mixture in the center make ball and press gently to shape into a cutlets..coat cutlets in beaten egg then coat in crumbs n freeze at Least 6 hours then fry.
