- Chickpeas 2 cups soaked overnight with 1 t.sp baking soda (soak at Least 12-14 hours)
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Garlic chopped 1 t.sp
- Lemon juice 1 t.sp
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 medium
- Black pepper 1/2 t.sp
- Chicken powder 1 t.sp
- Cumin powder 1/2 t.sp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Green chillies 3
- Mint leaves 7-8
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese slices 10 (optional) cut into half and
- Oil for deep frying.
Method: - Drain and thoroughly wash the shocked chickpeas after 12 hours.
- Put the chickpeas in a chopper n add in the all ingredients mentioned above accept for cheese slice process them till a smooth mixture is formed..damp your hands with water n make small size balls...deep fry these felafels on medium flame till golden brown n crisp.
