Mini Falafel Cheese Bites

 


  • Chickpeas 2 cups soaked overnight with 1 t.sp baking soda (soak at Least 12-14 hours)
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Garlic chopped 1 t.sp
  • Lemon juice 1 t.sp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Black pepper 1/2 t.sp
  • Chicken powder 1 t.sp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 t.sp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 3
  • Mint leaves 7-8
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese slices 10 (optional) cut into half and
  • Oil for deep frying.

    Method:
  • Drain and thoroughly wash the shocked chickpeas after 12 hours.
  • Put the chickpeas in a chopper n add in the all ingredients mentioned above accept for cheese slice process them till a smooth mixture is formed..damp your hands with water n make small size balls...deep fry these felafels on medium flame till golden brown n crisp.
