- ½ Kg Chicken
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp roasted ground cumin
- 2 tsp fennel seed powder
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 tsp crushed and roasted coriander seeds
- ½ cup oil
- 2 brown onion
- 8 chopped green chillies
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp cardamom powder.
Garnish:
- 2 tbsp cashew nuts fried
- 2 tbsp raisins fried
- 2 tbsp almonds fried
- Boiled egg as required
- 1 tsp zarda color
- 1 tbsp kewra.
Step 2:
- ½ kg rice boiled with 1 tbsp of whole spices
- 4 tsp salt
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp white cumin.
Method:
Heat oil and add chicken to it. With ginger garlic, crushed coriander yogurt, fennel seed powder, cumin powder, salt red chilli powder and ½ cup water. Cook for10-15 mins, now add all spice powder, ginger slice, green chillies. A cup of milk and brown onion Put boiled rice on it, zarda color with kewra, and 2 tbsp butter on top. Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.
Garnish with boiled egg slices and dry fruits.
