Lucknowi Pulao

 


  • ½ Kg Chicken
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp roasted ground cumin
  • 2 tsp fennel seed powder
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp crushed and roasted coriander seeds
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 brown onion
  • 8 chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder.

Garnish:

  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts fried
  • 2 tbsp raisins fried
  • 2 tbsp almonds fried
  • Boiled egg as required
  • 1 tsp zarda color
  • 1 tbsp kewra.

Step 2:

  • ½ kg rice boiled with 1 tbsp of whole spices
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp white cumin.

Method:

Heat oil and add chicken to it. With ginger garlic, crushed coriander yogurt, fennel seed powder, cumin powder, salt red chilli powder and ½ cup water. Cook for10-15 mins, now add all spice powder, ginger slice, green chillies. A cup of milk and brown onion Put boiled rice on it, zarda color with kewra, and 2 tbsp butter on top. Cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.

Garnish with boiled egg slices and dry fruits.
